Coach Willie, a Colombian national, has long experience as a trainer of boys, girls and young goalkeepers in: Colombia, Venezuela, United States and Poland, countries in which he has trained goalkeepers of all ages.

In addition to being a UEFA licensed youth football coach, coach Willie has approved the goalkeeping coach course held at CENAFE (National Training Center for Coaches), Madrid-Spain. He has interned as goalkeeping coach at the academy and the first team of FC Zbrojowska Brno of the First Division of the Czech Republic.
